The racing bike is a great first bike for kids ages 3 and up, the perfect gift for your little one, designed to help kids develop their balance and coordination while having fun.
This Montessori-inspired bike is made of high quality wood (birch plywood). The surface is treated with eco-friendly and child-friendly linseed oil instead of varnish. Light but strong. The seat is easily and infinitely adjustable between 34 cm and 45 cm. Durable, removable fabric seat cushion for washing.
The unique steering knuckle prevents extreme direction changes and a finger crimp provides added stability and safety.
Saddle: The saddle can easily be adjusted to any height from the ground. Adjusting the height takes about five minutes and can be done in just four increments. Saddle cover made of durable material.
Why no pedals? The racing bike is suitable for children who do not ride a pedal bike. Without pedals, training wheels, or a third wheel on a tricycle, kids develop the balance and coordination that will eventually help them ride a pedal bike.
Is it possible to turn the steering wheel? Yes it's possible. The steering wheel has a limited steering angle (approx. 30°), which prevents extreme changes of direction and a finger crimp ensures increased stability and safety.
