Busy Wood provides all the required tools for assembling the bed, including video tutorial. The bed is easy and fun to assemble together.

Busy Wood is preparing and sending orders from Monday to Friday, not including weekends.

They take full responsibility for the delivery. In case of damage or loss of goods, they will send you a new product.

 

Delivery

Shipping to the United States takes 7-19 business days. Shipping to Europe 9-19 business days (it takes a little more to Italy and Spain). To Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Asia – 14-25 business days.
It should be remembered that during international shipping delays at customs may happen.

The furniture is heavy and is packed in a large box. Therefore, you may need to pay additional customs fees. Busy Wood does not affect the amount of taxes, it depends on your country and its laws.

The USA, Australia, and EU member countries do not pay customs services payments and import fees.
