This is a set of four wooden boxes with painted lids. Each box contains ten knobless cylinders corresponding in size to the knobbed cylinders. The cylinders in each box are painted the same color as their lid.
Alison's Montessori also has a beautiful wooden stand for the knob cylinders, made out of Baltic birchwood and can be purchased separately.
