Return Policy

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, Fabelab will refund the cost of goods if they are returned in their original, unopened condition, though the customer is responsible for all postage costs. Fabelab will replace or refund any product found to be faulty within the one-year statutory period. Please note that Fabelab requires photographic evidence of the fault to process a claim; otherwise, a refund or replacement cannot be provided.
