Please be advised that Bebe Robe does not issue refunds or accept returns/exchanges in the event that you change your mind. If a product is damaged or faulty upon arrival, Bebe Robe will gladly accept returns if you contact them within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please contact Bebe Robe via email (please include pictures of the damage) to inform them of the situation. Once the item has been returned to Bebe Robe, they will ship out a new item as a replacement.
